THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN LOUISVILLE, NE

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Operate CNC machines
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift
  • Perform inspections

Requirements:

  • Must be able to be trained in warehouse and production duties
  • Must be reliable
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects
  • Must be clean and organized

LSS is committed to providing the necessary training in order for you to be successful and grow within the company. Training will include operating CNC equipment, proper handling of steel, learning about steel and steel properties and much more.

Potential growth opportunities exist in laboratory testing and inspection roles, machinist roles and quality assurance roles.

Overview:

Performance of quality assurance assistance, which will include scanning, copying, requesting, creating and maintaining certifications, maintenance of company records, transferring technical requirements to internal travelers, printing and routing documentation in support of purchasing, test and inspection, inventory and shipment activities. Provide administrative support for business operations, which will include answering phones, stocking office areas, assisting walk-ins, performing administrative assistant duties as requested. Working and assisting other departments as needed.

Required Skills:

Must have a strong work ethic and good organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be able to be trained in and learn how to navigate technical material specifications and quality regulations.

Must have good writing and social skills, a very strong attention to detail and be organized, neat and clean.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.

Must be team-oriented with the ability to interface with internal employees and external customers and be committed to the success of the company

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with changing job responsibilities and job duties while being able to maintain consistent reliable results.

Currently we are working 10 hour shifts, Monday - Thursday (subject to change).
